Le Cellier Cheese Soup


For our special Halloween treat, my husband and I decided to have a go at making this uber fabulous cheese soup. It didn't taste identical to the mouth watering Le Cellier soup, but it was pretty darned close. All of the ingredients make it pretty darned expensive to make--about $35 if you're starting without any of the ingredients. Which makes the cost of the soup at Disney World seem justified. I was somewhat wishing the soup turned out really bad, requiring additional trips to Disney World whenever we really had a craving. Alas, it was not so. If you love the soup, splurge on some beer and fancy cheese, and give this recipe a try!
